Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, and shipped within 2-3 days. We stock most of these snowshoes at our warehouse, and due to inventory levels it may take up to 3 days to ship you a product. In the event there is a delay due to inventory, we will e-mail you at your provided e-mail address. All measures are taken to accurately and quickly process each and every order you place with us.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation:
Cancellations of an order must be done within 24 orders of initial order. You must contact us at ordering@snowshoesource.com and provide a telephone number along with which items you wish to cancel. A refund will be typically credited back to your original form of payment within 7 business days.
Returns:
In the event you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, you may return the product to us, shipping prepaid, within 14 days of receiving your order. You must create a return authorization by contacting us at rma@snowshoesource.com. This number must be attached to the return. Refund of the purchase price typically will be refunded within 7 business days of us receiving the product. All products must include original packaging and must be in new, re-sellable condition. Any product we receive will get inspected according to these terms. If not found in satisfactory condition, a re-stocking fee of 10 to 25% may be assessed against the return.
